We create architectural visualizations of buildings from the outside and interior visualizations based on a ready architectural and construction design, or just a concept. Our offer includes both single-family houses and larger buildings - multi-family residential buildings, public buildings: office, commercial and service, administrative, hotels and pensions. We provide them with an accurate mapping of the building body, as well as the facade materials, colors, textures used, we create the environment.

VISUALIZATION PROCESS

The key to a satisfactory final result is good communication with the client - at the beginning we need to know Your expectations and needs in order to best reflect Your vision. In addition, we need the following materials to complete the order:

- architectural design of the building (preferred .dwg files, possibly .pdf),

- land development project (in the absence of it we will create the environment ourselves),

- a detailed description of the facade appearance and the materials used.

VISUALIZATION SERVICE

- creating a 3D block of the object (if not provided by the Principal),

- creating the building's surroundings by basing on the space development plan or the Investor's instructions,

- camera and shot positioning,

- lighting settings (separately for day and night visualizations),

- trial rendering to be accepted by the Principal (final shots are made after acceptance),

- sending ready visualizations for the client's approval.
